It sleeps six: a king room with its own ensuite, a twin room and a sofa bed. Albert Road's bars and restaurants are five minutes' walk away, and Canoe Lake and the seafront about ten.

There is private off-road parking for two cars directly in front of the bungalow, so there is no permit or parking app to deal with.
How far is the beach?
Canoe Lake and Southsea seafront are about a ten-minute walk. Turn right out of the house, carry on past the garages to Albert Road, and keep going.
Where are the nearest bars and restaurants?
Albert Road is a five-minute walk, with bars, restaurants, cafés and independent shops.
Can we bring our dog?
Yes, pets are allowed. Let us know when you book so we can have everything ready.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes. It is all on one level, the garden is private, and there are board games, a foosball table and an Xbox to keep everyone busy.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check in from 4pm and check out by 10am. It is self check-in: your door code arrives 24 hours before you do.
Can I work from here for a few weeks?
Yes. There is a dedicated desk, wireless internet and a washing machine, and long stays are welcome. Get in touch for monthly rates.
