For young children, this two-bedroom house is all on one level with a private garden, and for big families our largest house sleeps 12 and has a games room.

A furnished home you rent by the night, with linen, towels and a full kitchen ready when you arrive. You come and go as you please, as in a hotel, but with more space and your own kitchen.
You check yourself in. Directions and your arrival details are sent the day before you arrive, and check-in is from 3pm when you book direct.

Yes. After you book, you upload photo ID and sign our terms through a secure online link. If we do not receive them, the booking is cancelled.
Yes, a refundable £300 pre-authorisation, released after you check out. Nothing is taken unless there is damage or our terms are broken.
Tell us in writing at least 14 days before you arrive for a full refund. Inside 14 days, or if you do not arrive, the full price is charged.
Yes. Children count towards the number of guests, and we do not provide cots or high chairs, so please bring your own.
